I started in IT support at Kominfo Jakarta Pusat, which is where I learned the value of system reliability.

How I work

  1. 1.Read the requirement twice, then list everything that could go wrong.
  2. 2.Test the unhappy path first: timeouts, retries and partial failures.
  3. 3.Write every bug so a developer can reproduce it in one try.
