Report screen had no handling for API errors

No error state when the report API failed. The release adds an error state and a Try Again action, which I verified.

Batch upload accepted duplicate records

Batch upload validation let duplicate records through. I retested the fix: the system response and the exported data matched expectations.

I started in IT support for Central Jakarta's Communication, Informatics and Statistics Sub-Department, which is where I learned the value of system reliability.

How I work

1.Read the requirement twice, then list everything that could go wrong.
2.Test the unhappy path first: timeouts, retries and partial failures.
3.Write every bug so a developer can reproduce it in one try.
